Highly Targetted would you mind setting the record straight about what you know about Homeless Frank and this man’s wife? I’ve been unable to find Homeless Frank recently and even Steve from Adrants seems to be steering clear of us.
This is all getting to be a little too weird.

All I know is that after polishing off a 40 of Ole E, Frank mentioned something about Dafne’s mom. At least that’s what I thought he said. He was definitely slurring his words so he might have been talking about laughing knee bombs.
